Sam Tayloe is the President of TEXAS COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE & INVESTMENTS, LLC (TCM). He is a Correspondent of several MAPS FHA (Multifamily Accelerated Processing) lenders. Sam is a FHA MAPS certified loan officer. Our funding sources are also Fannie Mae DUS and Freddie Mac lenders. TCM also originates Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities, Mezzanine, Bridge, construction, and many other types of commercial real estate loans with loan amounts from $500,000 to $100,000,000 on multifamily, office, retail, warehouse, hospitality and other types of commercial real estate. Sam also specializes in originating cash equity for projects and consulting on a selective basis. He also handles REO and NPL assignments selectively.
Sam has been a Senior Loan Officer and Regional Director, over the past 30 years, for some of the nation’s largest FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Conduit, Mezzanine and construction lenders on all types of commercial real estate properties. These financial institutions include GMAC Commercial Mortgage, ARCS, American Property Financial and Wachovia. He is currently a full Correspondent for WALKER & DUNLOP, the largest privately-held multifamily lender in the country.
He is a “commercial” real estate financing originator specializing in multifamily, hospitals, assisted living and other commercial income properties. His experience provides the client with the best financing for their needs as a member of the client’s team. He uses his years of experience, training and contacts to do what he does best, leaving applicants to do what they do best.
Sam received a B.B.A from the School of Business at North Texas University, after attending Texas A&M University for 3 years. He was raised in the Texas Rio Grande Valley area. He has attended, completed and instructed numerous real estate courses over the years. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker holding the valued designation of an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). He is an approved instructor for the Texas Real Estate Commission on Commercial Real Estate Financing, as well as a Speaker, author and trainer at real estate and mortgage trade associations nationwide.
